Apollo Hedge Advisors is a mortgage capital markets software and services company headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. We started with the hedge, and that is still at the heart of what we do through Aegis™. Over time our clients asked us to take on the work around it, and today we also automate purchase advices with Accord™, calculate VA funding fees with Argus™ and put lenders’ data to work with Aperture™, alongside consulting, data warehouse and automation projects.
Everything we build is designed to fit the lender, not the other way around. Our hedge models adapt to specialty products such as single-close construction loans that other providers struggle with, and our automation and data work is shaped around the systems and workflows our clients already have. Whether you want self-service software, a fully managed hedge or a custom solution, we provide the tools, insight and expertise to get it right.

Meet the Team
With over 15 years of experience in mortgage capital markets, Casey brings a unique combination of strategic leadership and technical expertise to Apollo Hedge Advisors. His career spans executive roles at leading mortgage companies, where he’s consistently delivered results through innovation, automation, and process optimization.
Over the past 12 years, Casey has been building and refining the system that powers Apollo Hedge Advisors. Unlike tools built by programmers who’ve never managed a pipeline or executed a trade, this platform was designed by someone who has lived in the capital markets seat every day. Every feature, every workflow, and every report was built with one question in mind: “How would I want to use this?” The result is a streamlined, intuitive system that thinks the way capital markets professionals think—because it was built by one.
Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA with a focus on Strategic Leadership from Bethel University. When he’s not working, Casey enjoys life in the northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities with his wife and three children. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and golf—and like any true Minnesotan, he looks forward to heading “Up North” on weekends to enjoy everything the state has to offer.
With over 10 years of experience in mortgage capital markets, Neal brings a sharp analytical perspective and deep operational expertise to Apollo Hedge Advisors. His career includes senior capital markets roles where he has consistently delivered results through process improvement, data analysis, and a hands-on understanding of how mortgage operations actually function from the inside out.
Neal joins Apollo Hedge Advisors as a partner, expanding the firm’s reach across technology, consulting, and client strategy. His background gives him an instinct for the real-world challenges capital markets professionals face daily—not just in theory, but in the workflows, decisions, and demands that define the role. That perspective shapes how he approaches every client engagement: practical, precise, and built around what actually works.
Neal holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from St. John’s University, where he was a member and alternate captain of the Men’s Hockey Team. When he’s not working, he enjoys time with his wife and daughter in the Twin Cities suburbs. Outside of family, he is an avid outdoorsman who can be found in the woods, on the lake or on the golf course.
