Apollo Hedge Advisors

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Apollo Hedge Advisors, LLC (“Apollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at apolloha.com, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding that information.

This policy covers our public marketing website. If you are a customer accessing the Apollo application through an authenticated account, your organization’s separate agreement with Apollo (including any Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum) governs how we handle the loan-level and business data you submit through the application.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide. The marketing website does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party tracking cookies, or session replay tools.

The categories of information we receive from website visitors are:

  • Contact form submissions: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send us.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address.
  • Technical request logs: like any website, our hosting infrastructure records basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) in short-lived server logs used for security and reliability purposes. We do not build profiles or cross-site behavioral data from these logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form.
  • To send newsletter emails to addresses that subscribed.
  • To operate and secure the website (for example, mitigating abuse using server logs).
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The marketing website does not set tracking cookies. It uses a single piece of local browser storage to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice banner. If you later access the authenticated Apollo application, that application sets first-party session cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

We recognize browser-level Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out from tracking. Because the marketing website does not load analytics, advertising pixels, or other trackers, Global Privacy Control does not require us to disable any tracking technology on this site.

4. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the website and receive the messages you send. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

  • Amazon Web Services: website hosting, content delivery, and backend infrastructure (United States, us-east-2 region).
  • Microsoft 365: email delivery and the inbox that receives contact form and newsletter submissions.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apollo, our customers, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as they are useful for the inquiry and then archived or deleted in the normal course of business. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a short operational window.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate information.
  • The right to request deletion of your information.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
  • The right to withdraw consent for communications you previously opted into, such as our newsletter.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will verify your request and respond within the time frame required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our custody, including TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for our hosted systems, and forced TLS for outbound email from our customer mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our website and services are directed to mortgage lenders and financial institutions, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
